We receive many requests of Instructors or R.F.A. Jeet Kune Do courses especially from the mid and the south of Italy but sometimes it is impossible for us to realize them.

We search and select serious martial arts practitioners really interested in attending the Instructor Course to become an official rapresentative of the Real Fighting Association®.

With our Instructor Course we have the aim to form expert teachers prepared in all Real Fighting Association® subjects; every single subject has a preparation apart from the others and is a different course:

Not interested in giving away diplomas nor in certifying dozen of Teachers without criteria, we care to make Teachers seriously: complete and qualified professionists prepared in teaching, so everyone can benefit:

- the students who are followed by a capable and skilled teacher;

- the Instructor who teaches and trains successfully under clear and complete methods and programs;

- the Real Fighting Association ^® which is always proud to mantain a high quality Instructors Staff.

The course admittance is due to the Technical Curricula and qualifications of the candidates. The teachers' training is personally conducted by the Head- Instructor, Sifu Leone privately and the lasting of the course depends on the personal abilities of the candidates (developping skills and progress in the art), they are also provided of complete technical materials and workbook for the programs studied.

The Real Fighting Association^® rank levels are:

- Apprentice Instructor
- Instructor
- Advanced Instructor
- Full Instructor
- Senior Instructor

QUALIFICATION FOR ADMITTANCE

- Minimum age 20.
- Minimum Instructor rank required or black belt in a martial art.
- Even the athlet with the minimum martial experience (4/5 years) can request to be admitted, after   having sent its own martial Curriculum.
- People non responding to the qualifications above could follow the Real Fighting Association® students programs attending regular courses or privates to reach the level required.

STRUCTURE OF THE COURSES

- 3 training sessions to achieve the following  degrees: Apprentice Instructor, Instructor and Advanced Instructor.

- Each session hasn't got a fixed period because depending on the personal abilities and attitudes of the student: the best students will learn and proceed more quickly! The maximum lasting of each session for our courses is about 30 hours.

- Each training session is conducted privately by the Head- Instructor and the schedule will be made considering the personal situation of the candidate (training lessons, distance, timetables…) to provide a complete and flexible course.

- Special conditions of study support may be possible for students who live in long-distance from the base.

- Instructor courses may be realized for a group of partecipants whenever requested outside the base

- Developping knowledge and skills in Real Fighting Association^® technical program for the level.

- Theory, history and philosophy of the Art.

- Communication and teaching metodologies.

- Training methods.

- Phisycal preparation and conditioning.

- Basics of First-Aid and Nutrition.

- Basics of management, marketing and advertising

Depending on the Martial Art studied:

- Psicology of behaviour and aggression (Self-Defense)

- Athletic Preparation and Conditioning
